Meet The Team
Our management team is comprised of accomplished and experienced industry leaders.
Mr. Gallagher has over 20 years of experience in the homebuilding community across various markets. His unique background serving in multiple leadership roles, within both the home builder and contractor sectors, facilitates strategic and operational decision making that is solution-minded for the entire industry. Mr. Gallagher is a proud graduate of the University of Arizona.
After graduating from Pittsburg State University with a degree in Construction Management, Reed spent 14 years in homebuilding, working with a large public home builder as well as a regional private home builder. There, he held numerous positions, spending time in Construction, Customer Service, Process Improvement, Centralized Scheduling, Purchasing and Operations. He joined the Erickson family in January of 2015 as Chief Operating Officer. In March of 2016, Reed was recognized by Professional Builder Magazine as a “Top 40 Under 40” professional within the construction industry. In September of 2019, he was promoted to President of Erickson Companies. Today, Reed serves as President of Erickson as well as COO at Synergos.
Mr. Willmer joined Erickson in 2014 after successfully leading finance and accounting teams throughout his career in the construction trade industry. Mr. Willmer now oversees many aspects of the Erickson organization including Accounting, Administration, Risk Management, Treasury and IT amongst others. Mr. Willmer received his undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Mr. Mason joined Erickson in 2011. He’s worked in the building material industry for 15+ years, serving in positions from internal audit to multi-location distribution manager. A graduate of the University of Montana, Mr. Mason holds a degree in accounting/finance.
Mr. Butts joined Erickson in October of 2015 as the General Manager of the Phoenix operation. Prior to Erickson, from 1998 to 2015, Mr. Butts worked for a large public home builder in their construction and operations departments. From 2010 to 2015, Mr. Butts managed both the homebuilding construction operations as well as the vertically-integrated contractor operations, covering multiple scopes, from foundation, flatwork, masonry, and framing, etc. In October, 2020 he was promoted to VP of Operations overseeing Erickson’s three divisions in Arizona, California, and Nevada.
A veteran of the Arizona construction and homebuilding community, Jeff joined Erickson in 1982 as an apprentice Carpenter framing homes for many of the nation’s most respected home builders. During his time with Erickson, Jeff has been involved with and overseen most major aspects of the business prior to his current role as General Manager.
Mr. Frankson is a long time resident of the Phoenix area where he began his career in construction in 1993. Mr. Frankson came to work for Erickson in 1997 as a carpenter. He has held several positions in the company during his time here form Foreman, Superintendent and most recently General Superintendent before taking on his current role as Operations Manager.
Mr. Dalton’s career in construction dates back to 1984 where, as a recent high school graduate, he started working on a framing crew. He joined Erickson in 1989 as a Journeyman Carpenter and quickly moved his way up to the position of Foreman with the opening of a division in Reno, Nevada. During his time with Erickson, he has held several positions from Estimator, to Assistant Manager, to Estimating Manager prior to his current role.
A long-time resident of the Reno & Sparks area, Mr. Fitzmorris has worked with Erickson for the better part of the last 20 years. Mr. Fitzmorris started with the company as a framer, working his way up through General Superintendent prior to his current role overseeing operations.
Mr. Erickson began his career with Erickson in 1988 as a Laborer Carpenter. Since that time, he’s held several positions including Foreman, Quality Control, and Estimating Supervisor. Mr. Erickson is an Arizona native born in Mesa, Arizona and relocated to the Reno, Nevada area in 2019 to take on his current role as High Desert Truss Manager. He is a graduate of West Valley High School in Fairbanks, Alaska.
Mr. Griffin started with DSI in 1997 as a Journeyman Trim Carpenter. Since then he has held several positions including Field Supervisor, Shop/Purchasing Manager as well as Field Operations Manager, prior to his current role. He was born in Mesa, Arizona but grew up in Massachusetts where he attended Bourne High.
Mr. Beikman is an Arizona native that joined the DSI family in 2003. He has held several positions within the company, from Foreman and Superintendent, to Purchasing and Customer Service, to his current role of Operations Manager. A 2015 graduate of Western International University, Mr. Beikman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management.
