Meet The Team
Our management team is comprised of accomplished and experienced industry leaders.
Larry Butts
Mr. Butts joined Erickson in October 2015 as the General Manager of the Phoenix operation. From 1998 to 2015, Mr. Butts worked for a large public home builder in their construction and operations departments. From 2010 to 2015, he managed both the homebuilding construction operations and the vertically integrated contractor operations, covering multiple scopes, including foundation, flatwork, masonry, and framing. Mr. Butts served as VP of Operations overseeing Erickson’s three divisions in Arizona, California, and Nevada before being promoted to his current position of President.
Gary Mason
Mr. Mason joined Erickson in 2011. He’s worked in the building material industry for 15+ years, serving in positions from internal audit to multi-location distribution manager. A graduate of the University of Montana, Mr. Mason holds a degree in accounting/finance.
Carlos Quintero
Mr. Quintero joined the Erickson Companies team in October 2021 and is an Arizona native. He has 38 years of experience in the manufacturing/construction industry with companies throughout the nation in roles ranging from Production Management to General Management, focusing on the development of Safety culture and efficient operations.
John Wilson
Mr. Wilson joined the Erickson Companies team in September 2021. Not native to Arizona, Phoenix has been his home since 2009. He has 30 years of experience in the manufacturing/construction industry with roles including Framing, Design, Sales, Component Plant Management, and, most recently, before joining the Erickson family, Vice President of Sales / Western Region for a major supplier in the Building Component Industry.
Jeff Carlstrom
A veteran of the Arizona construction and homebuilding community, Jeff joined Erickson in 1982 as an apprentice Carpenter framing homes for many of the nation’s most respected home builders. During his time with Erickson, Jeff has been involved with and overseen most major aspects of the business prior to his current role as General Manager.
Mark Frankson
Mr. Frankson is a long-time resident of the Phoenix area, where he began his career in construction in 1993. In 1997 he joined Erickson as a carpenter and has since held several positions in the company including Foreman, Superintendent, and most recently, General Superintendent.
Bill Dalton
Mr. Dalton’s career in construction dates to 1984 when, as a recent high school graduate, he started working on a framing crew. He joined Erickson in 1989 as a Journeyman Carpenter and quickly moved his way up to the position of Foreman with the opening of a division in Reno, Nevada. During his time with Erickson, he has held several positions ranging from Estimator, Assistant Manager, Estimating Manager, to Operations Manager.
Bill Bulletset
Mr. Bulletset moved his family to the foothills above Sacramento in 1999 and joined the Roseville team as a Journeyman Carpenter in 2000. He has since worked as a Foreman, Trainer, Superintendent, General Superintendent and now serves as Field Operations Manager.
Jan Christopherson
Mr. Christopherson has 37 years of experience in construction. He started his career in 1985, building high-production modular homes, and quickly moved into the residential and custom home-building industry honing his skills to become a Journeyman Carpenter. He joined the Erickson team in 1992 and has held many positions throughout the years including Carpenter, Foreman, Superintendent, Wall Panel Designer, and Regional Wall Panel Operation Manager.
Lane Fitzmorris
A long-time resident of the Reno & Sparks area, Mr. Fitzmorris has worked with Erickson for the better part of the last 20 years. Mr. Fitzmorris started with the company as a framer, working his way up through General Superintendent prior to his current role overseeing operations.
Leif Erickson
Mr. Erickson began his career with Erickson in 1988 as a Laborer Carpenter. Since that time, he’s held several positions including Foreman, Quality Control, and Estimating Supervisor. Mr. Erickson is an Arizona native born in Mesa, Arizona and relocated to the Reno, Nevada area in 2019 to take on his current role as High Desert Truss Manager. He is a graduate of West Valley High School in Fairbanks, Alaska.
